The cursor animation supported by vscode is comprehensive, and I would love to use it in fleet.

From vscode to fleet, because I like the UI of fleet, but it is not as good as I think, such as cursor animation, if there is cursor animation, I think fleet is very smooth to use.

I try to animate the cursor in settings.json but it doesn't work, i know it's stupid. 👀
