Have the same issue. Did anyone get it to work?
Fleet version: build 1.9.237
OS: Windows 11 (10.0, amd64)
Same for me, same config... I can download the artefact manually, is there a possibility to place it manually in a specific directory?

It would be great if you could attach Fleet logs (Help | Collect Logs... action) for us to check. Thank you!
In my case, it is somehow related to a VPN connection.
I have created a bug: FL-15629 Download ..... failed on WSL when VPN enabled
The weird part is that I can't export logs when running in this issue.
