Same for me, same config... I can download the artefact manually, is there a possibility to place it manually in a specific directory?

In my case, it is somehow related to a VPN connection.
I have created a bug: FL-15629 Download ..... failed on WSL when VPN enabled
The weird part is that I can't export logs when running in this issue.
