Bug: Go to Previous Change acts like Go to Next Change

Hi again,

This seems to be a new bug in the latest Fleet (version below) - the “Go to Previous Change” action doesn't work, it instead does “Go to Next Change”… 

This used to work fine.

FYI I tried both my keyboard shortcut for the action and running it directly from the Actions list.

Fleet version: build 1.47.158
OS: Mac OS X (15.3.2, aarch64)
