Option to disable git in settings.json

Like VSCode has the option to set "git.enabled": false in settings.json, I request Fleet to support something similar.

I have a local workspace where I don't use git, in that workspace I'd like the ability to disable git all together. That would be better than being prompted three times about entering a GitHub token each time I start Fleet (v1.45).

Hello,

Please tell if you've tried disabling Git plugin in Fleet?

I only se the option to “Remove” or “Mark as Required for Workspace”.

I request the ability to remove/disable for workspace.

I tried to remove “Git” plugin. Fleet went all purple, nothing happens.

Had to force close Fleet from Task Manager, then reopen it.

After removing Git, it is also removed by default for other workspaces.

This is not what this feature request is about.
