Code-comment folding does not work

The collapse arrow disappears when you comment out a function.
Collapsing/folding → then commenting is buggy because user has to highlight the whole line or else only the first line will get commented out. This issue occurs with CMD + / if the caret is over the code but not highlighting the whole thing.
