It sounds like FL-25713 Fleet froze up after MacBook comes back from sleep
What macOS version do you have? Could you please make sure you use the latest version? It may contain the latest bug fixes that may fix this issue for you.
14.4.1, but it may be a few versions before that as well.
In fact, my IntelliJ IDEA also occasionally freezes after sleep, just not consistently like in Fleet.
Currently, I just don't let my Mac go into sleep mode as a workaround.
