Is there a way to view all currently open files (the files that are "Tabs")?

Is there a way to view all the currently open files in one place? These would be the files that are “Tabs”.

This would analogous to VSCode's “Open Editors” section in its sidebar. Though I'm hoping to open this information in a popup, similar to what `CMD+P` does. As opening and closing the sidebar shifts all the content around which is disorienting.

I use functionality like this as an alternative to using tabs. It saves vertical space not needing to view the tabs like “Distraction Free Mode” enables.
