Add support to run MVC app with IIS
Answered
I'm working on a .NET Framework 4.8 ASP.NET MVC app which runs using IIS Express. On VS and Rider I can run the app by just hitting “Run”, but in Fleet it only gives the option to run my tests. From what I've tried the developer experience using Fleet is great and I like the design of it, so I'd like to be able to work in it moving forward, but this feature is essential for me to be able to do that.
Apologies for if this is just some configuration issue on my end, as I'm new to working in MVC, but from what I can tell it isn't yet supported.
Thanks!

The issue is most likely related to IIS Express which is not supported in Fleet.
Yes, this is a feature request to add support to start apps using IIS Express through Fleet.
Created a feature request in our issue tracker: FL-22303 IIS Express support. Please vote for it and feel free to check it for more updates.
Do you mean these run configurations?
Yes, currently I don't believe you can configure the launch settings like that. That looks like what I would like to be able to do in Fleet.
Yes, thanks. We've updated FL-22303 accordingly.
