Allow syncing settings from old IDEs

I configured a lot of custom settings in old IDEs (e.g. pycharm, intellij), and I don't want to throw them away. I'm used to my custom color scheme, I wish to transfer it to fleet.

At the moment, it is not possible to import a custom color theme. Please vote for this request: FL-10610 Custom themes support
